Sewer Line Leak Detection

Sewer leaks can be caused by roots from mature trees or years of deterioration from within. Regardless of the cause, we’ve got the solution. We offer a sewer line camera inspection at a flat rate that includes up to two hours with our foreman on site to discuss your options. Once the sewer line is cleared of roots or debris then the camera fits into the 3 or 4 inch clean out and will show you the internal condition of the system. Using a locator on top of the ground we can pinpoint the location of the problem eliminating guess work (by digging up only the area that is needed) preserving the rest of your garden/yard.

Sewer Pipe Relining

Most often when roots intrude a sewer line or if the line collapses it needs to be dug up and replaced. When the area is under a swimming pool, runs through neighboring properties, or is under an old patio or heritage tree, then this is a candidate for relining. The process includes digging a hole for the equipment to meet up with the main sewer pipe, jetting the line clear, then impregnating a bladder inside the pipe with a resin that will coat and bind to the existing pipe. Relining your sewer pipe in some instances may be more cost effective than digging up the line. When this is the case we will advise you of this option.
